Pros: The hosts were wonderful their place had thoughtful little touches like drinking water from the tap fly screens so windows could be opened to catch the lovely breeze, olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee and sugar and even coffee filters so everything was instantly usueable and clothes dryer lovely pool great residents very chilled relaxing spot close to walk everywhere stunning quiet end of the beach turn left to walk upto kite beach turn left to walk to the centre both approx 7 mins along the shore. Wish we had booked a whole week. So secure in a very exclusive gated neighbourhood.

Perfect stay in Cabarete

Pros: Everything was stunning in Bahia residence. The apartment was nice, certainly clean and comfortable. The location was super safe and friendly, everyone was nice. Especially the staff - from cleaning to maintenance. Also Rene who was in charge of the office was very helpful in all possible aspects, couldn’t ask for a better host. Recommended 10/10.

Great home base near beach!

Pros: Drinking water was provided. Just a short walk to the beach. Staff was very kind and helpful. The residences/area was calm and quiet at night (and most of the day). It was a lovely place to stay, just a short walk from the more active touristy zones.

Cons: At times we could hear cars or neighbors if the windows were open. But it was minimal.

Pros: Excellent place and very clean .. Will be there again.

Awesome stay. I'll definitely be returning

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The room was excellent and there weren't people all around like being at a resort. It was peaceful. I was hoping for a better view of the ocean which was blocked a little by trees but all in all it was an awesome stay. Tom went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Tom 👍

Relaxt en ruim apoartemt in rustig gedeelte van Cabarete

Pros: -Rustige, goed onderhouden accomodatie -Lekker zwembadje met ligstoelen -2 min lopen naar het strand -Ruim apoartement

Cons: -TV wat verouderd -Geen oplaadpunten voor telefoon naast bed

Pros: Unmittelbare Strandnähe, Sauberkeit, Gastgeber, der sofort antwortet allgemein super schönes Unterkunft.

Dream vacation

Pros: Everything! Beautiful , clean apartment . One can tell owners put a lot of care maintaining the place; no musty smell, which is so common in DR due to humidity. Every little detail is thought through. The grounds are very well taken care off, garden is very lush. The location is 2 min away from the beach, with a coffee house right next door, a store, an ATM within a 10-15 min walk. The hosts, Tom and Rene, are super friendly, always there to help. The maintenance staff, Ramon and (sorry, don’t remember the lady’s name), are very thorough. I am not surprised people make it their home and stay there for years.:) I wish I could too.:) Almost forgot, the Wifi is the super reliable and fast. I worked remotely for a few days with no problems whatsoever!

Over all we decided when life gives you lemons. You make lemonade! We did have a good experience.

Pros: It was near the beach. Tom the host was excellent. He took care of any problem promptly. The staff was excellent and friendly.

Cons: There was no breakfast. It was more of an Air BNB. I really do not like them. I go on vacation to get away from doing work. Therefore having to wash dishes and make beds felt like work. We had to walk a bit to find something to eat. I guess I am more of a resort/ hotel person.
