Perfect weekend with my pup 🐶
Pros: Fantastic stay, felt like coming home. Marco welcomed me so kindly from the first second and made me feel so comfortable. The woman at the bar was also super helpful and kind to me. I came with my small dog who was calm and enjoyed the place very much as well. Everything was super, super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great. The pictures don't do justice, this place is a hidden gem for sure. Thank you for the perfect stay, I will definitely be back!!

Pros: The space is really comfortable, there are many perks like good wifi, a small terrace with each unit, and great water pressure in the shower with working hot water. Marco was very easy to communicate with. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet place close to the beach and other tourist spots.
Cons: The place was great overall. Just be prepared to deal with mosquitoes as with every place in Las Terrenas. Marco was helpful and immediately provided me with some mosquito-repellent coils that worked pretty well.

Pros: The room was nicely ventilated. Hot water appreciated. Great location. Nice cats hanging around.
Cons: Around 30 $ USD fews added not discussed before and not advertised ? So expect to pay that on top of the reservation. Wifi not that good. Dogs barking at night but it would be in most of the country.

Pros: Very helpful and responsive host, great location, very clean. There's also some cute cats on the property.
Cons: The windows have no glass, just mosquito nets, so you can hear the motorbike traffic till quite late, but peaceful in the night.

Cons: Localisation- traffic noise (but this is generally problem of mostly part of the town) This is a detail, but sometimes it's difficult to turn on hot water in a shower

Lovely, quaint facilities and very accommodating host.
Pros: Pleasant appearance of the grounds, with nice flowering hedges and trees and freshly painted apartments. Well-stocked little kitchen. Cleanliness was exceptional. Good location near beach, restaurants, and entertainment. The Host, Marco, was very responsive to any requests.
Cons: We had a little trouble figuring out the hot water in the shower. How water flowed easily in the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

Pros: It was easy to find and I felt welcome when I arrived. Studios are clean, good size and with a very well equipped kitchenette. Each room is independent, with a little terrace in front. The parking is a nice plus and the location is also good as it is in the village a few minutes walking distance to the beach, close to all facilities.
Cons: It can be a bit noisy at night as people in the neighborhood, like in the whole country, like to play music, but it didn't bother me as it stops at a reasonable time and it is also part of RD culture. It would be nice if they offer also breakfast even if there are plenty of places around that offer it and also a lot of supermarkets.

Great place in the centre of LT.
Pros: The location is perfect as you can walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The whole residence is beautiful with the garden and the restaurant inside. Marco was very welcoming and available during our stay. The studio is spacious and comfortable. Parking is secure which is definitely a plus.
