Great views and terrace

Pros: We enjoyed the staff, who were available and attentive. Very nice to have breakfast made for you and the option of having it in your room or the terrace. The terrace area was a great space to hang out on, for birdwatching, views, games and the hot/cold tubs were a nice bonus! Our room was spaciaous, had good shelving and closet as well as a safe. The location worked well for us as we don't mind walking into town, ~20min. It is easy to get transport if needed and a good grocery nearby.

Cons: It would be nice to know when the tubs would be hot in advance, but you probably just need to ask well ahead and they would be ready.

Great value for money! Our stay in Samana was made so much more by the truly exceptional staff at this hotel!

Pros: The manager Key Perrraux and all the staff were simply outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble!

Pros: The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hot tub Jacuzzi was amazing. The bed linen was super comfortable to sleep in with great air conditioning. The size of the room was great.

Cons: Its location is not close to the main attractions, markets or restaurants, and it can be noisy next to the main road. Also, the bathroom size was on the tiny side.

Pros: Nice, depends what you're looking for , I enjoyed it. real real of the Dominican republic, I didn't understand anything but the staff was great really helped and attentive

Pros: I liked the large apartments with everything you need, good view, a terrace where we had breakfast, very beautiful.

Pros: -Really nice and helpful staff -The location was quiet and safe, the view from the terrace was amazing -The apartment was clean -free parking, jacuzzi and breakfast

Cons: The rooftop terrace a bit abandoned, toilet was little and shower did not drain correctly

Pros: Lo espacioso y limpio que estaba la habitación . El personal fue excelente. Y la ubicación del lugar está perfecta. Buen desayuno. Todo muy limpio.

Cons: Que para salir del parqueo es complicado y hasta peligroso debido a que el hotel queda en una curva y hay que salir de reversa. Y deben mejorar el lobby. No hace justicia a lo bien cuidado que está la habitación.

Un buen lugar muy bien escondido

Pros: El personal que atiende se esmera mucho por el buen servicio, el desayuno es muy bueno, la rapidez en la respuesta de sus canales de atención fue excelente, la relación calidad - precio es muy equilibrada, en general muy buena experiencia

Cons: Lo único que vi que podría mejorar, es actualizar la ducha y su respectivo soporte, ya que la ducha principal estaba tapada en algunas de sus salidas de agua y demoraba en calentar el agua por lo mismo, de resto muy bueno todo
