Pros: Above and beyond hospitality from the staff. They legitimately made our entire trip better. Very communicative and very very kind. Breakfast was such a nice addition to our stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Clean and quiet near bus terminal

Pros: Good location near the bus terminal. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room. Hot water for shower. Quiet (not a given in the DR).

Cons: Required cash payment. No way to change AC temperature or turn it off (missing remote) and no blankets in the room (the staff probably could have helped with this but we didn't ask because we were tired).
