Pros: El personal es excelente, amable y servicial. La localización es excelente, queda en el corazón de la Zona Colonial. Provee fácil acceso a supermercados, museos, restaurantes y a lugares de interés cultural y religioso.

Cons: No había cafetera en la habitación. Sugiero que se provea.

I enjoy my stay and I was very comfortable there. The room are very spacious.

Pros: We eat at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. Because of our language barrier, service was a little slow.

Cons: I relied on my translation app and the time it took, persons wasn’t willing to assist. I felt ignored at times in the restaurant.

Pros: Buona accoglienza da parte dello staff alla reception, soprattutto nelle ore diurne abbiamo trovato molta disponibilità. Colazione nella caffetteria vicino discreta e ottima posizione nella zona coloniale.

Cons: Da migliorare la pulizia del bagno.

Pros: O apartamento é incrível! Grande, espaçoso. O hotel fica em um ponto maravilhoso, bem na zona colonial, na esquina da rua principal. O quarto estava sempre limpo. A cama é enorme e muito gostosa.

Cons: Em um dos banhos o chuveiro não esquentou. No dia seguinte pela manhã já estava funcionando.
