Great place and location

Pros: Great location and situated on the beach side within the compound which is great. Some basics would be welcome like bin bags but great place. Also we got locked out of the flat in the absence of clear explanation of how the lock worked and there was no one to help, luckily one of the window was open so we could get back in. Reco.mended for location and tranquility (going in April was very quiet)

Pros: El departamento es hermoso y muy bien ubicado. El complejo ya lo conociamos y es excelente.

Cons: Faltaba un poquito de mantenimiento en algubas cosas del departamento y nos cobraron la luz que no estaba avisado al momento de la contratacion.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable. The AC works great. There is some water that leaks from the living room and the double bed bedroom. The kitchen is functional. Absolutely loved the sheets on the beds. Soft ! Good quality. The kids enjoyed the kids pool. The restaurant was good. Loved the beach.

Cons: The mini market. Expensive to the TOP. A gallon of water 200 pesos. It is crazy. Better to call Uber and go the local supermarket and buy what you will need for your stay. The rental property does not have water included. Must cook with gallon water never from the faucet.

Cons: un aire acondicionado, aunque funcionaba climatizando adecuadamente, tenia fugas del desague, se me ofrecio amablemente la revision por mantenimiento y quedo resuelto
