Very good

Pros: This is an almost new apartment in a new housing estate with a swimming pool. Spacious and clean. Air conditioning, WiFi, TV works very well. Very good communication with the owner.

Cons: A bit noisy due to construction works nearby - more apartments are being built. You have to walk about 20 minutes to the beach

Apartamentos nuevos y seguros

Pros: El apartamento es nuevo, grande y bien equipado. Las piscinas están bien y tranquilas. Todo el recinto esta vigilado con seguridad y hay aparcamiento dentro del recinto gratuito. Esta cerca de la zona de tiendas y restaurantes. A unos 15min andando de la playa publica de Dominicus.

Tolle Wohnung an ausgezeichneter und ruhiger Lage

Pros: Ruhige Umgebung und trotzdem nahe bei Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schöne und grosse Pools mit genügend Liegestühlen. Gut ausgestattet (Küche, Klimaanlagen etc.).

Cons: Abfallentsorgung (wo?)

Pros: Todo super bien, muy bonito y limpio, precio bueno, la dueña responde rápido si necesitas cualquier cosa. Lo único que eché de menos fueron más instrucciones para entrar y llegar al complejo. Ya que según la dirección que ponía, los taxis no se aclaraban y no sabíamos bien cuál de todas las entradas era. Añadiría más detalle específico de cómo entrar para que ya todo sea maravilloso. Pero en general supeeeer bien todo!!

Struttura nuova e con tanti comfort

Pros: Appartamento nuovo e molto ampio, con un bel balcone e in una zona centrale vicino a ristoranti e al mare. Bellissima la piscina e le palme veramente suggestive.

Cons: Piccoli dettagli avrebbero reso il tutto assolutamente perfetto. Avrei apprezzato oltre alla macchinetta magari un po’ di caffè come cortesia di benvenuto. Solo un rotolo di carta igienica per una settimana messo a disposizione. Mezza giornata purtroppo è mancata l’acqua nell’appartamento (non colpa del proprietario).
