Kite House Cabarete across Kite Beach

I have stayed there for 3 nights.

Pros: It was a pleasure to stay there. Henry and all staff were so kind and helpful. I would come back to this place again.

Cons: Nothing to complain about! !

Satisfying

Pros: All was well. The beach is across the road with a nice set up. Ill be back.

Pros: Very affordable. Very clean. Great location. Beautiful roof terrace. Henri was amazing, always there helping out wherever he can. Reccomended

Pros: I like the price and proximity to the beach and kitesurfing schools.

Cons: Noisy since the biulding is at the road. However, I slept well. Love a rooster signing in the morning@

Love the place!

Pros: We stayed one night in the studio which did not suit us because of the noise and ended up changing room to stay in the 1 bedroom apartment and loved it! The bed is so comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for cooking. We also loved the rooftop and the hammock! We stayed for 4 nights and could have stayed much longer. Maike is great, super easy to reach by phone and makes sure all the guests are happy. We will be back! Thank you!

Great place on a great spot

Pros: Practically on the beach. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is welll equipped. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have had in the last couple of months traveling. The personal is very friendly and helpfull and know the area and transport options wel. There are some restaurants around but if you prefer to cook you can walk 20 min / take a moto taxi (100 pesos) to the big supermarket in town. Would stay again!

Good location

Pros: The location is very good, right next to Kite beach, on the main road. The room was nice , clean, and well equipped . Beautiful and large terrace, but it was inconvenient for us to use it as part of another building .

Cons: We knew it was going to be noisy, but trust me, it was very noisy. Even with earplugs provided, it was still difficult to sleep. It's too expensive . The staff / manager's attitude when we arrived was not very nice .

I stayed for 28 nights, no complaints from me. Enjoyed my stay!

Pros: Property Manager Henri & staff were great! They were very accommodating. Unit was roomy, clean & bright. Shower was top notch. Kite Beach is a community of it's own!

Cons: Loads of noisy traffic out front, crossing road to beach can be dangerous, no fault of the Hotel. Would be nice to have a microwave!

For the price it is ok

Pros: The property manager Henri is extremely helpful, he helped me to get a motor which you can keep in the garden during the evening, he also helped me to hail a guagua for my next stop. They are visibly investing a lot to maintain the facilities and the shower and rooftop is amazing with basic gym equipment too. They also provide drinking water which is super. You can't deny that it is indeed loud due to the proximity of the main road but this is the sacrifice to be close to the kite beach. The bed was too soft for my taste.

Pros: The place was close to the beach, and the host even arranged a parking spot for us in front of the gate, which was very convenient. The accommodation was freshly furnished and had everything we needed in the kitchen—I especially appreciated the large water barrel, fridge, and basic cooking essentials. It was also the first place in the Dominican Republic where we had no issues with hot water or water pressure! A peaceful spot to relax after beach days and definitely great value for the money.
