Cons: Unfortunately the water was tepid. No fault of the owner but the entire condo runs off one heater. We visited during a time of year with a hurricane passing south of us with lots of wind and rain. So a nice hot shower would’ve been great.

Lovely cozy apartment on a quiet beach
Pros: Beautiful, comfortable apartment steps away form a quiet beach. - nicely decorated - comfortable bed - spacious - lovely patio Location: The apartment is about 2 miles out of the town center, super easy with a car, no need to worry about finding parking (a spot was provided on premises) or dealing with the party noise at night. Without a car you can still flag down a moto or the local bus. Uber doesn't seem to work here. The unit is on the ground level. Not much of a view but easy to carry the luggage in and out. The terrace has a gate giving direct access to the beach.
Cons: The biggest challenge was the mosquitoes.. absolutely everywhere. Outside, inside with the doors closed and fans on, in the shower.. Not that it is the owner's fault, they can't control the nature. I brought this up to them and they said they'd address it. I'd still bring a repellent. A handful of other concerns were to be addressed, also (living room a/c not working, washer not finishing a cycle, kitchen utensils needing a deep clean). The outdoor bathtub would be better if there was a roof over it giving more privacy from the upstairs neighbors. The beach is more on the wild nature side rather than providing calm turquoise waters. Still lovely to enjoy.

Pros: Beautiful and stylish accommodation with a great sense of design in a quiet location right by the beach. Clean and very well equipped appartment. Perfect communication with the owner. Highly recommended for those who prefer relaxation instead of noise from crowded streets, who love empty beaches and listen to the sounds of sea.

Perfect place to recharge your mental batteries
Pros: A wonderful retreat offering comfort, tranquility, and a rejuvenating atmosphere. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essentials. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to key attractions. Ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway to recharge and reconnect with nature or themselves. Breathtaking view from master bedroom!

The best option to stay
Pros: The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-equipped. It is well-located, and the calm you feel is incredible. The host is cordial and available for any questions or needs.
Cons: The apartment has a maximum consumption of KWh (Electricity) covered in the reservation. This should be mentioned in the apartment description so that you are clear about this condition from the beginning and not when you arrive.

Nice price and quiet stay in Cabarete
Pros: The location is nice, but you need a car as it is about a 5-minute drive from Cabarete town, you could not walk it. It has a hot tube outside, we used it 3 times, lovely feeling being in it when it is very windy which tends to be daily. It is very quiet, the shower has hot water at all times, you have two AC units, a private car park and the parking key is in the pigeon hole. It has a digital pin to get access to the house. Very easy and convenient. The sunrise at about 6.39am is amazing on a clear day!
Cons: Cabarete is famous for the electricity to go out, it happened twice during our stay, no fault to the owner. We stayed there for 4 nights and I would have expected at least the towels and rubbish to be changed at least once, but this did not happen. These are very small things. Everything was nice.
