Pros: Excellent location of the apartment with a view of the Caribbean, private area, the owner of the apartment is a very sociable and helpful person, he helped us with transfer to the airport, supermarket, tour to Soa Island. I highly recommend this place and apartments.

Pros: Beautiful clean apartment in a great Location. Plenty of restaurants and walking distance to the beach.Very friendly host Mr.Dominic and his wife was there to answer any questions I had with a phone call or a quick response text.Would like to stay here again on my next visit.Highly recommend!!

Excellent value/price ratio for lovely, well situated apartment definitely would rent again.

Pros: This all condominium rental property, despite being 35-40 yrs. old with some not unexpected signs of wear, was well made up for by the clean, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment. WiFi/internet access was excellent and TV comes with cable and premium channel access. The property is well maintained, safe/secure and comes with gate protected parking. Excellent beaches are close by as are a few good places to eat out when not cooking in the unit's full kitchen. Our Hosts Dominico and Aracelys live on site in another unit and were so very helpful, accommodating and just genuinely nice people.

Cons: WE have no complaints about our stay, but be forewarned that food and other shopping needs are very limited in the town itself and is best done in the large supermarkets either before leaving Boca Chica or in SP de Macoris.
