Great facilities, lovely staff, highly recommended

Pros: The location is great - close enough to restaurants but far enough to not hear the city noice. Ocean is literally accross the street. The lovely staff is a Whatsapp message away, ready to help with any needs one might have. We enjoyed our almost a week there and would come back! Recommeded both for holiday and longer stays.

Cons: The beds are quite short if you are above 180cm :)

Great place in Las Terrenas

Pros: This place is awesome, beautiful new building, quiet and relaxing place. The girls at reception were very courteous and helpful. The apartment was great, clean and the kitchen has all utensils you need to cook. There is a parking spot available and internet and TV work well. Beaches and restaurant are at a very short walk away.

Great Customer Service & Excellent Accommodations.

Pros: The friendly and professional service offered by Beatriz and Yafreisy was special. They took care to answer all of my questions and provided great tips and recommendations.

Cons: Only that I was unable to stay longer. Also. I would have appreciated faster wifi service.

Pros: La atención de los recepcionistas (en especial lucas creo que era el nombre) el departamento tope de gama. El tamaño de la habitación enorme, 2 aires acondicionados. Me hubiera quedado a vivir ahi. Increíble

We really enjoyed the comfort of the apartment and had a lovely stay.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable, modern apartment in a large residential quiet complex surrounded by plants and trees across from the beach and close distance to town center. Very nice, friendly and accommodating staff.

Pros: Appartamento stupendo, posizione vicino alla spiaggia e al centro del paese

Cons: Il resort non ha alcun servizio, sembrava quasi mezzo chiuso. 3 giorni su 4 non abbiamo avuto l'acqua calda ed l'ultimo addirittura siamo stati totalmente senza acqua
