Nice apartment

Pros: Beautiful apartment, close to the beach. Comfortable beds, clean.

Cons: On arrival, the security didn't have our names to enter, and we waited, unsure what would happen. Eventually sorted out - This could have been a bit better. The jacuzzi on the roof didn't work for the first two nights. After one night, we alerted the contact who tried to explain to me what we were doing wrong. It wasn't until the third day that she sent somebody to fix the broken jacuzzi, which had been broken all along. It was disappointing to only have use of the rooftop jacuzzi for one of the three nights we were there. For a very expensive rental, I feel this should be better. No partial refund was offered, just a sorry and a shrug. The tiles on the roof terrace are very slippy when wet.
