Pros: The room is spotlessly clean and private, and the property was well maintained and felt very safe/secure. It’s a 2km walk to the beach, and an 800m walk from the bus - so we felt it was a good location for a few days. The room is good value for money. It’s well equipped with a fridge, plenty of hanging/bag storage space, lots of PowerPoints, AC and a fan - and lots of windows so good natural light. The water is cold which is normal for this area/price point. The wifi was fairly reliable. The family that run the property are very friendly.

Cons: Las Terranas is quite a noisy town, so there was a fair bit of noise until late in the evening (traffic/maybe a nearby sports field)- but we think that would occur anywhere in Las Terranas - we just put rain music/white noise on, if you’re a light sleeper maybe bring some ear plugs

Pros: Very clean and comfortable with perfect amenities, the hosts mother who lives downstairs was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful! I highly recommend!

Pros: Well located in a small street, at 25 min from the beach and near the central avenue and bus stop. Host very kind and welcoming. The room is very clean and spacious. Can only recommend
