Great stay, would do it again.

Pros: It was comfortable inside and we had all the appliances we needed, there where welcome coffee and chocolate bars we also felt secure at all times security is very good at the gate, the owner was very responsive and helpful at all times from before arriving the country also helping us with the ETicket form and given us all the information to enjoy our stay in Punta Cana. We rented a nice vehicle from him and also had updates with any other questions. Outside is very calming to drink a cup of coffee and relax at any time, inside is very relaxing also and well decorated.

Cons: Well this is not directly towards the property were we was in but there’s construction and maintenance going on in the day time so keep that in mind, but night times are very peaceful and once your inside the apartment your in your own world.

Pros: L’appartement est vraiment superbe, meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Très confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Tout était plus que parfait. Propriétaire très réactif à la moindre demande.

Cons: Un petit bémol quant à la localisation. Loin de tous les services (magasins, resto…).

Pros: This apartment looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get, which I really appreciated. The beach is just a short 5–10 minute drive away, and the location overall is excellent. Alex and his cousin Juan are wonderful hosts—very helpful and attentive. My son and I had an amazing time. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place 100%! God willing, we’ll be back next year to relax and enjoy another perfect vacation. Everything you need is nearby, and having the option to rent a car directly from them made getting around so much easier.”

Desde la atención del anfitrión, la ubicación, hasta las condiciones del apartamento, todo superó mis expectativas. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y con una piscina privada espectacular. Además, la playa está a solo 1 minuto caminando, lo cual fue un gran plus. La comunicación fue fluida en todo momento. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡100 % recomendado
