Pros: Location was excellent. All area in resort was kept nice and clean

Cons: Water was not heating up as it should. At good it was lule warm Rug was very dirty Took ages to check out

Pros: Ewerything was awesome. The personal was so kind and everytime was so helpful. The location of our rooms were perfect.

Pros: Close to the beach and beach restaurant, huge appartment, good equipment, nice pool area, very quiet at night

Cons: Time of check in and check out process. Waiting for cleaning ladies to check room until I finally can check out. $20 electricity per day which was not sufficient even without using ANY A/C.

Perfect, moderne, quiet, and with ocean view

Pros: An amazing apartment, excellent view of the ocean and pool, very comfortable and quiet condominium. Good restaurants and a basic supermarket. The seafood restaurant over the beach is highly recommended.

Cons: The daily cleaning service was intermittent. On day, they made a good and full cleaning of the apartment, one days didn´t show up, on day they just clean half of the apartment. The late check-out was too expensive, for 2 hours, and there was no receive for the amount paid.

Endroit fabuleux

Pros: L’emplacement est fabuleux. Le complexe est grand mais très calme. Les alentours de l’hôtel (la côte) sont assez sauvages ce qui permet de faire de belles et longues balades. L’appartement est vraiment très beau et confortable, avec de grands espaces individuels et de vie.

Cons: Les restaurants sur place sont relativement chers et il n’y a pas vraiment d’alternative si vous n’avez pas de moyen de locomotion. La supérette n’en est pas une car elle dispose de peu de produits. Réel problème d’organisation au restaurant sur la plage. Le premier jour nous avons attendu 1h15 pour notre petit déjeuner pour 4 personnes sachant qu’il s’agissait de pancake (2) et d’omelette (3). Au même restaurant, pour un déjeuner, nous avons attendu 1h30. Lorsqu’on leur a dit pour la énième fois qu’on attendait, on a compris qu’ils n’avaient pas commencé. Ils nous ont proposé de renoncer et aucun geste commercial. Le service de conciergerie pourrait être plus efficace notamment le jour du départ.

Punta Cana

Pros: El trato por parte del personal, muy serviciales y amables. Todos los establecimientos que puedes encontrar cerca, así como las instalaciones.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The view was so beautiful. The staff were attentive.

Cons: The only dislike I have is the smell of the seaweed. It smells horrible, and it affects you enjoying the beach.
