Beautiful place but you need a car to stay here.

Pros: Loved Vanessa and the communication through whatsApp and phone. She was always available./

Cons: The location. The place is inside Hard Rock Hotel complex. Our building was way at the end of the blvd. The security gate would not let taxi, tour providers, Uber to pass so every day we had to walk at least half an hour to the gate. Imagine for tours that pick up at 7 am in the morning. That is just ridiculous. Also the security guards were really not pleasant. They were looking for ways to make your stay difficult. There is no real grocery store, only one restaurant. Can't use the hotels facilities so it really made our stay very hard and constant extra planning. Not relaxing at all. A note to Vanessa: Thank you so much for helping us out with all the every day headaches. One thing that could help to smooth the process for your guests, is an instruction manual: 1. WiFi credentials 2. How to get to the beach, what is the cost 3. How to call a taxi 4. Communication with the security gate folks 5. Where to put the trash 6. Where to go for grocery because the one in the compound is not really a grocery store 8. Provide at least the essentials in the kitchen salt/pepper/oil/garbage bag and can 9, Provide Shampoo, conditioner, soap.

Pros: El departamento muy hermoso, la piscina y la zona muy segura. Todo fue perfecto exactamente a las fotos. Pero lo mejor fue la atención de Joel, el encargado fue excepcional.

Cons: La ubicación no tiene variedad de restaurante, ni comercios cercanos. Solamente 1 o 2 y su precio es elevado al estar en una zona privada. Frente tienen el hard rock pero solo podrán entrar al casino. No a las otras áreas.
