Pros: the balcony was nice to sit on with a quite reasonable view.the propertyis also very secure.the host victor is a nice guy who was very helpful when booking trips and speaks a good level of english.

Cons: not so much a dislike more a general comment.an extra table on the balcony would be nice for drinks etc.it may have been available but i couldn,t get any hot water but to be fair the water is quite warm in the tap.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Perfect localization, not so far from the city centre so you can get everywhere on foot. My room was exceptional - on the terrace you can enjoy an amazing view of the city and marina. The appartment has many amenities. Victor is open-minded, wise and s helpful person, it was a pleasure to talk with him. Greatly appreciated!

Great Value stay in a simple but clean apartment with a stunning view of harbour, & evening breeze

Pros: Very easy - I kept in contact with the host by WhatsApp and he was there to meet us as we walked up to the house. Owner very helpful, gave us a bowl of soup for lunch on arrival (unexepected!!) and a lift to the bus station to get back to Santo Domingo. A great little base to see the town and take the local minibuses east or west/north

Pros: The best host ever!!! Honestly, highly recommended. The host treated us like a family. He came to pick us up, he drove us to a really nice tavern with amazing food, he provided recommendations and anything else we asked. It was just great!! The flat is very spacious and it has everything required for a great stay. The view from the balcony was also so nice!

Pros: it has an amazing view in a tranquil area of Samana. you can watch the bay and drink on the balcony with your partner. it has two bedrooms so if you travel with a friend you have your own private space. great shower that works and also great sofa to watch Tv .

Pros: Место расположение супер, просторный апартамент. Виктор всегда был рад нам помочь в любом вопросе. Нету кордиционера, но в каждой спальне есть вентилятор. Все было чисто кроме кухни.

Cons: На кухне все клеелось к рукам и к ногам возле плиты.

Pros: La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable, nos ayudó con varias consultas que teníamos y siempre se mostró dispuesto a colaborar, el apartamento estaba ordenado y limpio, adicional tenía excelente vista

Pros: muy buena ubicación y relación precio- beneficio, el dueño es muy amable y colaborador!!

Cons: la cocina tiene una oportunidad de mejora para usarla a gusto (mueble y sartenes)
