A nice gem in Santiago

Pros: Braulio was waiting for us at the entrance to give us the keys while Dulce(the owner) was in contact with us constanly on whatsapp. This was such a great help. We stayed there because a family emergency at the hospital nearby and I have to say this place was a haven for us, like going back home and forget about the problem. Dulce is an excellent host, she was in constant contact with us and even extended our stay according to our needs.

Cons: It's nothing to do with the apartment itself because the apartment is really good but, it is literally next to the pool which is great on the one hand but, you are in the Dominican Republic and people everywhere are playing loud music like almost every day and the weekend is mayhem...but as I said, nothing to do with the apartment or the pool because is great!!

I’d rather stay here than any of the hotels any day!

Pros: There were so many things I liked about this property, including the pool and private gym area was way nicer than a regular hotel gym. It had everything I needed. In addition, the property is gated with security and has gated windows and doors for extra security. Dolce & Braulio are exactly the kind of people that you want to have on your side to make sure everything is smooth. Thank you so much. You guys are amazing.

Great!

Pros: The apartment is clean, and neat. Very confortable with 3 beds and two bathrooms. It is on the first floor close to the gym and the pool. It just has a very good feel and flow to the place. It is close to some restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, and night life. I would highly recommend it. The last one I stayed in was not as good.

Pros: Dolce was very kind and accommodated my needs, the property had access to the pool and gym which added more value for what I paid for. The apartment was nicely decorated and the bathrooms were nicely updated. If the apartment came with a cook I may have considered living there permanently :)
