I would say at the beginning when I arrived to check in we had a bit of confusion and also it was my first time booking

Pros: Love the location. Love how to close is every to town. Love the view at night.

Cons: I would suggest to install another ac unit in the living room or dining room. The weather in Santiago is very warm. The living room was hot even when we opened the windows. However, everything was great.
