I loved this place since it was clean, well-located within the Zona Colonial, and secure.

Pros: I liked the fact it was not a hotel but a short-stay property. I liked its colonial layout and the fact that the host was helpful. Overall, I liked that it was clean, safe, secure, and affordable for my budget!

Pros: Great communication with the host. Solomon made sure everything was very clear before arrival, and that made the check-in process very easy. The apartment (which was an upgrade for us) was super comfortable and clean. The location is unbeatable, a very short walk to all the attractions in the zona colonial.

Pros: Goede en rustige locatie in het centrum van Santo Domingo

Cons: Het appartement kan lastig bereikbaar zijn met een krappe wenteltrap voor iemand die niet goed kan traplopen of met zware koffers.

Buen sitio en la zona colonial

Pros: La atencion de Solomon excepcional. Llegamos tarde y nos esperó, además de ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitamos.

Cons: Por decir algo, justo en la ventana de nuestra habitacion hay una farola que, todo y tener cortina, entra la luz.

Cons: Está en 2do. Piso al que se accede por una escalera caracol no apta para mayores y el sol pega muy fuerte faltan cortinas black aut ...sino es insoportable el calor...

Ubicación perfecta

Pros: La ubicación en la Zona Colonial. Todo se puede hacer caminando. La amabilidad de Solomón y la facilidad con la que uno puede usar la habitación es perfecta.

Cons: Se podría pagar con tarjeta de crédito, porque es incomodo tener que ir al cajero por efectivo y (a pesar que Solomón fue amable explicando) recién recibir las llaves.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Besuch der Kolonialzone

Pros: Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter, unkomplizierter Vermieter. Hat sich um alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen prompt gekümmert. Bzw. bei Abwesenheit über Nachbar organisiert. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute ausgestatte Küche (Top Gasherd, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, etc.). Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Liegt mitten in der Kolonialzone und ist trotzdem ruhig. Warmes Wasser (nicht selbstverständlich in der DomRep) vorhanden.
