Perfect location

Pros: Clean room with privat bath.The onewner very helpfull,very polite.We ask for a kattel and he bring it.The location exact to the begining of Santo Domingo Colonial zone,5min walk to the Christofor Columb park and Conchistador Palace. Recomanded. I will stay again.

Excelente estadía

Pros: Muy cómodo, excelente relación calidad precio. La atención de su dueño. Tiene agua caliente.

Cons: Todo me gustó. Solo dos cosas a tener en cuenta. Hay q subir un piso por una escalera empinada. La ubicación es en el límite de la zona colonial. De noche es tranquilo pero puede ser bastante solitario.

Pros: O anfitrião foi extremamente simpático, sempre solícito e disposto a ajudar. Deu dicas, resolveu coisas pontuais de forma rápida (mora no andar de cima). O espaço é limpo e agradável, com frigobar, toalhas, e louça básica (pratos, copos, talheres). Cama confortável.

Cons: Não havia microondas. O vaso sanitário é muito próximo à parede, é preciso sentar ligeiramente de lado (não chega a ser um problema)

Pros: It was relatively quiet. It felt safe. I had everything I needed. Good value for the money. Decent location.

Cons: It is technically in ciudad colonia but you have to walk about 3 blocks to get to the nicer area. It could have been cleaner. The walls were pretty dirty. The shower was a bit awkward. It is just hanging from the wall by the toilet so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. Check in and check out instructions were not provided.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, el anfitrión es muy amable y servicial, en general todo estuvo muy bien. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tiene un bonito balcón, además el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.

Cons: Creo que las almohadas podrían ser un poco más duras ya que tuve dolor de cuello durante los días que me alojé allí porque las almohadas eran muy blandas

Ubicación Perfecta

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta! El domingo hay un concierto como a 3 minutos andando desde la habitación. La zona colonial está como a 5 minutos andando y todo está muy cerca. Rafael era muy amable y nos explicó todo y nos ayudó con cualquier duda que tuvimos.
