Pros: Well, the apartment is a beautiful piece of property and a great location with ocean veiws. If you are booking through Booking. Com, instructions will tell you that payment will be handled by property but doesn't specify cash only, so make sure you bring cash in Dominican pesos conversion. The property will only accept cash.

Cons: High traffic area and the garbage along ocean side could use a cleaning but that's really a government problem with control on how it is exposed. People here are not educated to keep the streets clean.

Pros: I recently stayed at the Ocean View Luxurious Apartment through Booking.com and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The apartment itself was stunning, with a modern and stylish design and breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. The host was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants, bars, and attractions. Pros: Great location in front of the Malecon .. with restaurants and mini markets in walking distance. Very spacious apartment with a great view and a big balcony.

Cons: Maintenance should be scheduled that it does not interrupt your stay. We had to leave earlier than the rented schedule. Would be no power and we stayed at 23E so imagine no elevator. Gem of a place but air conditioner needs maintenance...
