Pros: Spacious apartment in a convenient location and attentive hosts..the best was the complete quietness at night which is a luxury in dominican republic and a bliss for sleep

Cons: Electrical issues but were later resolved..also some plumbing issues came up at the end..with some upgrades to furniture and better noise insulation in the living room door and window (like double pane), the apartment could be a 9 or even a 10..i also suggest removing window tint and installing blinds instead to improve the brightness during day
