Pros: EVERYTHING! Best vacation condo rental experience ever! Super host Oscar was highly responsive and treated us like family! Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of groceries available nearby; recommend the produce stand a few steps west of the Mini Market de la Cruz on Pedro Clissante. Pool and grounds very well-maintained. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Attentive security. Pool Rules ensure an enjoyable experience for all. Close to great live music at Smiley’s on Pedro Clissante! Please leave a donation of cat or kitten food at Smiley’s for the Sosua Cat Sanctuary - the kittens eat 1,500 pesos worth of food a day! 😻🙏 Gym is 5 min walk away (100 pesos/day). Recommend Waterfront at Playa Alicia and Santa Fe (amazing infinity pool)!

Great stay at Condo Blue Garden

Pros: The condo was roomy and well equipped. Everything worked as expected. We always had hot water and appliances all worked well. The grounds were very nice and well kept. The pool is large and not too cold. Security was good. Oscar is a really nice man and helpful. He even drove us to the airport when leaving.

Cons: There wasn’t anything to dislike. It is a bit further from the main centre but only a 15-20 min walk to Sosua beach depending on how fast you go.
