Hotel San Marco

Good hotel, pleasant stay

Pros: The staff were amazing throughout our entire stay. The atmosphere is cozy. Our room had a fridge and a safe. The hotel location is convenient, and there is a supermarket nearby.

Cons: The shower leaked into the outside of the bathing area, so there was always water on the floor after using that we had to dry each time. The water in the sink disappeared a bit too slowly.

Pros: The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, Teresa was a wonderful hostess, she really makes you feel at home. Fantastic location near train station, bus, supermarket, banks, restaurants and walk distance from the Malecon/ sea. Perfect hotel for family and swimming pool lovers.

Cons: As I said everything was great , O yes the pool was empty NO WATER It Would be great if the pool was in use Thats all I have to comment

I stayed for one night before an early flight from Santo Domingo. Everything went smooth and the hotel was good and staf

Pros: Check in was nice and earlier than it should be, bedroom was nice and cozy. Overall it was very clean and nice unit. Comfortable quite and safe.

Cons: Batroom could be better. More ammenities. Improve shower and leave it clean. There was left hair in a shower.

Pros: Excellent staying, I enjoy the hospitality of all the staff. Fabulous garden. Nice and clean swimming pool. Good and complete breakfast.

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to the university

Pros: Charming, colonial style boutique hotel with lovely and ornate styling. All staff were friendly and very helpful both at reception and breakfast. The breakfast room was in the courtyard with well planted tropical borders including some magnificent travellers palms and a nice pool and loungers; perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. Breakfast was simple with juice, eggs, bread and coffee or tea. Our ensuite bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a comfy sofa, air conditioning, refrigerator and bottled water provided. In a pleasant neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to the Malecon and close to shops and restaurants. A few minutes walk from the bus stop for Express Bavaro/Aptpra bus from Punta Cana and Joaquin Balaguer (line 1) metro station.

Cons: A provision of shampoo/shower gel would have been helpful. We felt it was a bit wasteful that the bar of soap was taken every day which we were happy to continue using. In the end we hid the one in use so we didn't have to start a fresh one unnecessarily. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open for dinner.

Soggiorno piacevole tra comfort, cortesia e relax all’Hotel San Marco

Pros: Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel San Marco e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Gli ambienti comuni sono davvero molto belli e curati, e l’area piscina è particolarmente piacevole, perfetta per rilassarsi in tranquillità. Il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con cortesia e professionalità. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio adiacente all’hotel, un valore aggiunto importante. La camera era confortevole, semplice e pulita, con climatizzatore perfettamente funzionante, elemento fondamentale considerando il clima di Santo Domingo. Nel complesso, un soggiorno più che soddisfacente. Lo consiglierei sicuramente!

Cons: Colazione compresa con poca varietà

Excelente Hotel. Recomendado.

Pros: Todo, la habitación muy limpio, cómodo, las camas cómodos, sábanas limpias, aire acondicionado, TV, WiFi todos los servicios excelentes. Lo volvería a elegir sin duda, y sobre todo el personal muy atento, amable. Que decir de los desayunos, muy rico. No me tocó la alberca ya que cuando me hospedé estaba en remodelación al parecer.

Cons: Nada. Todo estuvo excelente.
