Pros: Everything! A super nice place, green oasis in the middle of the city. Besides that everything seemed quite new, a very calm and clean place with nice people working/running it. Communication also great and helpful, nice breakfast. I would stay there again if visiting Santiago.

I would stay here again

Pros: Clean, spacious, comfortable, located close to main monument and main restaurants. Very helpful staff. A pool!

Cons: Nothing. Though as a suggestion: I’d got used to a communal water fountain with options for hot or cold water in previous hotels which I appreciated a lot.

Pros: Very clean, Organize, great customer service from the host. Beautiful waiting and dining area.

Cons: The air conditioner remote control did not have a way to turn the lighted number on the unit so the room was not dark enough. Just a minute thing.

Warm, welcoming and very clean, excellent

Pros: We really liked how friendly and welcoming Yessenia was, it felt like staying with family. The place was beautiful, very clean, very comfortable and it is located in an area that felt safe and peaceful. We felt very comfortable and everything was even better than expected. My husband loved how easy it was to park and to come and go and definitely the view and pool area. Thank you so much!
