The stay was amazing
Pros: Very nice place, swimming pool, plants and palms. Possibility to park own car for free. Spacious appartamant equipped with washing machine and dryier and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom and living room with AC. Communication with manager was perfect - We were glad that we have possibility to do later check out (due to no flat booking for next day).
Cons: No other payment method except cash in $ and/or PayPall. –> do not forget to bring $'s with you. The 230V hair drayer does not work/burned. My wife miss normal one. The staff is not speeking EN, except manager.

Pros: The place is very nice, the apartment is large and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, there was no one to receive the keys at checkout at 8 am but I made a video and sent it to the host and everything was ok. I left the keys at the parking reception. The pools are always very clean, family-friendly and calm atmosphere.
Cons: There are no restaurants with good value for money; they are all expensive or very expensive. Ideally, you should order a taxi, Uber, or private transportation and have your meals in Bayahibe. Near this hotel, the average price is between 1000-1500 pesos and 3000-4000 pesos per person, which is extremely expensive. In the center of Bayahibe, there are food trucks or street kiosks where the price of a sandwich or meal is around 300-500 pesos. It's also very safe on the street.

Beautiful safe place to stay which felt like home
Pros: Such a beautiful ambiance with a beautiful pool and lovely room decor and attention to detail Staff so helpful and friendly, helped us booking tours with good companies at good prices. We extended our stay by three extra nights and sad to leave when our holiday came to an end! I would highly recommend
Cons: No kettle. Stains on sofa, otherwise very Clean and tidy. Light didn’t work in the lounge area, but ok without it.

Pros: You feel safe and the kitchen is equipped with everything. Very modern and clean. I really enjoyed the apartment.
Cons: The remote control was not working properly so couldn't watch movies

Nice accommodation in good location
Pros: Well maintained pool area and in just about the only location on the east coast where the beach wasn't wallled off by all inclusive hotels.
Cons: The decor and equipment (cooking facilities) were not as nice as the description or photos. No oven, no toiletries, no coffee machine, very basic pots and pans - apartment building Hydra, number 202.

Pros: Amazing facilities, good location, quiet, spacious and very clean. Now that I know that they actually exist I would definitely stay again. 😄
Cons: The only negative was the luck of communication. Before our arrival I couldn't reach out from booking, I sent email and there was no response. I contacted through WhatsApp and they replied after hours. They need to improve as it causes uncertainty and doubts. We were about to cancel our stay because of this.
