Pros: We only stayed for a night, but this is a great affordable accomodation in an excellent location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The property is older, but immaculately maintained and cleaned - both inside and out. The room was spacious and comfortable, good natural lighting with a balcony; and had a small fridge. The bathroom was large, clean and had hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good range of options. The pool wasn’t operational whilst we were there however it’s so close to the beach (with crystal clear water and nice sand) that this wasn’t an issue for us. The wifi is pretty good, it cut out a couple of times for short periods but this was when there was a storm. Also other parts of the town lost power but the hotel didn’t (maybe backup generator?). Would stay again if in Boca Chica.

Value for money, 100m from the Boca Chica beach

Pros: The location is excellent, near the beach and a small supermarket and many shops and restaurants. The big Ole supermarket is 600 m away. The breakfast is OK. The apartment is spacious. Nice kitchen and dining room. There is a nice garden with a small swimming pool. The staff is cleaning every day. The owner and his wife are always present and caring for the guests.

Cons: Thank you for your hospitality!

Pros: We were allowed to leave our bags while picking up a car and the breakfast was really nice with good coffee!

Cons: The airco was quite dirty and loud. Could use a clean of the airco I think :)

Great location.

Pros: Nice place and good location. I had to leave early so i missed the breakfast.

Cons: At 3 AM a dog started barking really loud and some people were taking really loud on street.

good value for the money

Pros: Needed 2 rooms for short stay as we had to leave our rental 2 hours away by 11 am and our flight out of Santo Domingo was not until 4:20 am the next morning. for the 9 of us, this was a perfect spot to reorganize, take a nap and leave at 12:30 am to be at the airport in time.

Cons: For some the music on a Sat. night was loud and difficult to get to sleep
