Pros: We really appreciated the personal approach of the staff – it made our stay special. Even the small details, like having coffee and tea in the room or the thoughtful little touches, created a very welcoming atmosphere. We also enjoyed that it was possible to comfortably have our own breakfast or lunch at the hotel, even though breakfast is not included in the accommodation. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Next time, if available, we would love a room on a higher floor for a bit more quiet, but everything was truly enjoyable.

Pros: The hospitality is next level, the staff is so friendly and kind. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. And the hotel is a quiet place i didn't hear any loud people making noise. Very good place to be . By the way I forgot my ID over there thay call me on whatsapp to tell that I had left my ID behind. Honest people really a very good staff they didn’t even want to take the tips i was given them and still provided a very professional welcoming Thank you guys i will be back for sure.

Great comfy hotel with large bedrooms and fast internet

Pros: Great large bedrooms and fast internet - staff went out of their way to help. Parking good too and right by the basilica

Cons: No breakfast sadly as kitchen closed

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was incredible and everything smelled very good, a plus the snacks.

Cons: On the page they gave me a price and I had to pay another, I don't like that when checking out you have to leave so early no matter what time you entered.

Great for a stay over when visiting Higuey or the province of La Altagracia.

Pros: Good city hotel when visiting Higuey. The beds were comfortable and the room had the comfort it needed. It has everything you need during a citytrip. Also the location was right behind the Basilica.

Cons: Breakfast wasn't buffet style and they didn't adapt to the needs of clients. Twice they brought the wrong order. Probably a problem of communication or management.

When in Higuey...

Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and well presented.

Best option for a stay in the area...

Pros: I like the location next to the bus station and the famous church. It's easy to walk from the bus terminal or the church to the hotel. The hotel is very boutique style with a welcoming lobby and comfortable bedrooms. The check-in and check-out with the reception was a very quick and efficient experience. I was able to pay by credit card in pesos without a problem just make sure you select to pay in pesos when you give your credit card. The bed was comfortable with a good TV with Netflix available. The Internet worked well most of the time. The bathroom was decent and the shower had hot water. I thought the price was very reasonable for what we received and I would recommend the hotel.

Cons: I think the break could be slightly improved in the options but otherwise, it was good value and consistent with breakfast experiences at other boutique hotels. I liked having access to hot water, coffee, and tea. Overall there are no negatives at this hotel.

Pros: Alles gut, eine Dame an der Rezeption sprach ein wenig Englisch. Tolle Lage wenige Fußminuten von der Kathedrale entfernt.

Comfort y tranquilidad.

Pros: Muy tranquilo y lindo. Buena ubicacion. buen servicio. El desayuno dominicano muy bueno ,sin embargo, lo encontre poco y por el precio debio tener dos bebidas como cafe y jugo,por ejemplo.

Cons: La cantidad en el desayuno.
