This isn’t my first time staying at this hotel. It’s beautiful and peaceful, with delicious food and very polite staff.

Nice experience, especially the surroundings

Pros: The hotel is located in a perfect spot at the river with stunning views of the waterfall from the restaurant. The vegetation at the properties is nicely maintained. The restaurant offers great food, we liked everything that we tried. Staff in the restaurant is very friendly. The staff at the reception seem a bit less welcoming but it was ok. It rained a lot during our stay so we appretiated that the TV has Netflix and Disney+.

Cons: Hot water was not working. Despite hotel seemed quite empty, we were accommodated near other guests who smoked cigarettes on the balcony and the smoke went directly to our room. The first day there was some trouble in the restaurant with other clients and we have to wait for more than 25 minutes for the bill (other times everything was great). There is a reconstruction going on at the properties, but that is not something to complain about, especially now during the off-season.

Pros: This hotel is very nice and well situated near the river. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy the place because of some health issues, but we were very happy with our overall stay.

Pros: The restaurant next to the river was amazing. Food was good. The rooms had a good size and was clean. The staff was helpful in figuring out day-trips and activities.

Cons: The curtain was not dark enough to cover the light from the stairs/floor.

Beautiful settings, good breakfast, average dinner (salmon meal).

Pros: Overall this is a lovely place to stay. I ordered one meal, salmon and veg which was not cheap, but the salmon was dry and didn't taste good, like an old frozen filet I might have at home. Everything else was lovely, nice, peaceful and beautiful settings.

i love the peace and quiet environment. love the sound of the river.

Pros: the room was good as usual, not so much the view but now i know when i book again, i will prefer rooms from 116 - 121 love that view... Breakfast was delicious and the attention of your staff incredible. i will always recommend the hotel to my friends 100% i had some family that came from Argentina and were happy that i took them there.

Cons: The pool was not that clean as prior times.

Pros: Nice location, clean and very friendly and professional staff.

Cons: Information on tours and extra-hotel activities should be more detailed. We did the waterfall tour and it was a bit boring and long. The horseback excursion is best done before 2pm.

a little Hideaway Gem you mus see, when in Jarabacoa

Pros: The location is breathtaking and very nice located on the JIMENOA Riverside. The REstaurant has a excellent view over the River and Hanging Bridge...a must to walk over.

Cons: The Food was ok, but not as breathtaking as the view. The Service of the Bar & Restaurant Stuff was excepitonell good. The deserve a 5 Star asessment . Keep on the good job.
