Overall a good experience

Pros: I loved all the amenities and how quick the resort was to respond to our messages leading up to our stay.

Cons: Issues with food/mini fridge items attempting to be charged to us when they weren't stocked in the first place.

Would like to go back once they put attention to the rooms and bathrooms. At the end of the day is what you paying for!

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast! It’s really good

Cons: The property need TLC. Rooms are deteriorated, toilets and showers need replacing. This is a suggestion. Anyways your staff it’s very competent and leaves the company on a high level with their service!

Pros: Dominican fiesta is like my second home I love to be there staff are very nice room is comfortable just that they need to Improve more in house keeping the room take to long to get clean but everything else is amazing room service are the best front office very extremely helpful thanks guy for another amazing vacation see you next year

Pros: I really love the place , the location.... very professional staff.... this was my first time at this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay .....

Cons: I didn't like the bathroom ... shower too small.... some stuffs are broken.... you have to improve in this way

Great food and large hotel in capital city

Pros: Diner and breakfast was great and stuff very friendly and helpful

Cons: Room not ready when we arrive. In fridge some people left some food and that showing it's room not been checked.

Pros: I love all the facilities that they provide when you have any events, was my mother birthday they provide a beautiful cake 🎂 was a arrangement bucket of balloons amazing, I really I want to thanks Paloma and ismael for your decorating my mom rooms and I can't forget the lady from housekeeping Germania...she's the best cleaners, front desk they are amazing....room service overnight was on time for our breakfast and the food is good...I really thanks to everyone for everything see you next year will all my family God bless you...gracias ismael, Germania son Los mejores continues asi Dios les bending...
