Spectacular Place and Very Serene

Pros: The room, view and food were spectacular. It was sl peaceful and serene. An amazing place to relax and unplug. The food was excellent and everything could be ordered very easily through WhatsApp straight to the room so you dont even need to go to the restaurant. The room we stayed in was stunning, exactly like in the pictures and included all necessities plus some unexpected extras like his &hers robes and slippers and even a wine opener. The staff were great, very attentive. Overall was an amazing experience and will definitely be returning.

Cons: Since it is fairly new, there were some things they did not have yet like a full bar. Again, this is very understandable for a new hotel and being on top of a mountain.

Very quiet, a perfect place to relax

Pros: This is a very quiet resort, we loved that aspect! We had a beautiful view over the trees, we loved the bed, it slept very well. The staff is very nice. The food in the restaurant is good, although we would have loved more 'dominican' options, but they told us that they are working on that. We had a good stay.

Cons: The arrival was a bit akward since the lady didn't speak any english and we don't speak spanish. We felt that she could have told us more about the resort, f.e. the spa/masage area, we only discovered on our last day. If she told us about it, we definitely would like to have a massage. The details for Helsinki B on booking.com are not accurate, it says Helsinki B features a sauna, a bath, a 'kitchenette where we can make meals', but it is not there. There is a sauna at the complex, not in the villa. There was no bath and the kitchenette only had a microwave and no cooking utensils.

Pros: We had a night in the Tree House. Beautiful view and a beautiful Sunset. It was only for one Night, but we enjoyed it like to be on vaccation for one week.

Pros: L’emplacement fabuleux et la gentillesse du personnel. Le fait d’être « seul au monde ».

Cons: Il serait bien de mettre des brochures dans le logement pour promouvoir les prestations du spa. Et mettre des verres dans la cuisine.

Pros: Todo me gustó, el lugar desde que llegas te llena de paz, las atenciones son inigualable, el hotel es precioso, cada cabaña totalmente diferente, pero todo curado y con un gusto que se nota! Volvemos otra vez!

Cons: Solo pienso que a la cabaña del hobbit le hace falta un espejo de cuerpo entero!

Gorgeous, thoughtful, welcoming

Pros: We loved everything about this place. The property is beautiful, with incredible views and a lush, wooded setting that feels peaceful and private. The restaurant is just as stunning — especially the handcrafted wooden tables on the patio, made by a local artisan. Such a thoughtful touch. The food is delicious, and I was honestly surprised that breakfast is included because it’s that good. The service was exceptional — everyone was responsive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they’ve thought of every detail. We also loved the little pool — the perfect spot to relax. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely love to come back. Also, the internet works great for those of you who are like me and have to work on vacation.

Cons: The only negative I have is that the dinner prices are a bit pricey

Pros: This hotel feels like a hidden paradise, perfect for those looking to disconnect and relax in a peaceful natural setting. The rooms are charming and beautifully surrounded by trees, the view is spectacular, a true highlight of the stay. The food at the restaurant is good and enjoyable. Breakfast starts at 9:00 AM, which is quite late, especially for guests who prefer an early start to the day.

Cons: There was no room cleaning service during our two-day stay, and it seems there is no daily housekeeping service available. Improvements in housekeeping and earlier breakfast hours would make the experience better.

Experiencia Privativa y Relajante

Pros: La ubicación es fantástica. Nos alojamos en la habitación Magua, que resultó muy confortable y con una decoración romántica. Ofrece vista al bosque y un alto nivel de privacidad, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera especial para un viaje en pareja.

Cons: El desayuno, aunque de buena calidad, resultó limitado en opciones. Solo incluía un café y un plato a elegir (omelet, yogurt con granola, tostadas francesas, mangú o panini de jamón). Para agregar un adicional, el costo era de USD 13. Esta política nos dejó algo insatisfechos, ya que no se alinea con el nivel esperado de la propiedad, la categoría de las habitaciones y el valor de la tarifa por noche. Asimismo, el menú de comidas y cenas presenta precios poco razonables; por ejemplo, pagamos USD 15 más impuestos por solo tres pequeñas croquetas.

Pros: Hermoso lugar, el concepto está maravilloso. Excelente la atención de parte del staff. Super acogedor.
