Villa Luce

Pros: Very comfortable and well equipped villa in a quiet area not far from the beach. Very friendly host.

A beautiful tranquil getaway

Pros: This is my second time in this Villa. The property manager was waiting when arrived and everything was clean and the pool was ready. This is one of my favourite places to stay. Tranquil, well-designed, private and only a short walk away from Puerto Plaza and has everything you need for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. The nearby construction that was going on last year has finished so less traffic. The one neighbour might blast music but that happened only once on a Sunday last year and given this is the DR, that was to be expected. No free music this time :D. The internet is only like 5-10 Mbps so probably not for digital nomads but if you want a quiet getaway and a base to explore Las Terrenas, this is it. I will be back.

Cons: Only minor annoyances if you are staying in rather than going out: the TV speakers are still busted. Had to give directions to Komida drivers every time but this is fixed now

A great stay in an almost quiet corner of the world

Pros: Located a short walk away from Pueblo de los Pescadores, Las Terrenas, this is a private, quiet and safe place for for couples and small families. This is suitable for both weekend getaways and for long stays. I absolutely loved it and plan to return when possible.

Pros: La maison est située à proximité immédiate du centre ville mais à l'écart du bruit. Climatisation dans les chambres uniquement Le gardien est joignable facilement et est très réactif en cas de soucis. Jardin bien entretenu.Portail sécurisé 1 SDB par étage ( douche uniquement ) Lits confortables

Cons: Juste 2 petites suggestions : laisser un deuxième jeu de clé . Cela permettra aux.locataires d'avoir des emplois du temps différents Une petite table et chaises pour pouvoir profiter de la jolie terrasse de l'étage

Tranquilidad

Pros: Que la casa no se encuentra tan pegada de otras casas

Cons: El control remoto de la puerta al final comenzó a fallar

Conociendo las terrena y samana

Pros: Esta muy bien y cómodo limpio cocina bien equipada podría repetir muy pronto con Dios mediante me encanto y a mi familia también

Cons: Que no tiene televisión en la Avitacion principal y podría tener más iluminación en el patio Cerca del asadero jejeje pero todo bien me gusto todo

Pros: Villa oli siisti ja rauhallisella paikalla. Erittäin viihtyisä meidät vastaanotettiin hyvin ja emme joutuneet odottamaan.

Cons: Paikassa oli jo hieman korjattavaa kuten yläkerran kylpyhuoneessa ei toiminut hiustenkuivaaja ja ei näin ollen pistorasiat että olisi voinut käyttää omaa kuivaajaa. Vettä juomista varten ei ollut vaikka paikassa oli kyllä ns. Vesiautomaatti. Keittiössä hyvin astioita mutta esim. Pannut kaipaisi jo uudistusta. Kaasuhellassa toimi vain 2 poltinta. Sivu antoi hinnan joka hämäsi , koska tähän paikkaan ei voinut maksaa kortilla vaan vain käteinen. Ajatus että paikka ei maksa veroja vaikka sivulla annetun summan päälle kuitenkin maksettaessa veloittivat. Tämä ehkä kaipaisi booking.comilta tarkistusta hoidetaanko verot asiallisesti valtiolle vai onko hyvä lisä omistajalle.

Todo perfecto

Pros: Todo muy limpio y organizado, la anfitriona muy activa todo el tiempo. Me parece el lugar perfecto para relajarse. Todo me encantó de esta villa!!
