Tot Punta Cana Apartments

Pros: Inexpensive spacious property. If you have a car this is the place for you. For the price it exceeded my expectations. This is not a place to vacation.

Cons: Property maintenance is relaxed. If you just need a spor to sleep over, this is it!

It was nice, if the bedsheets were clean enough I would have enjoyed my stay more.

Pros: The property was very spacious and have almost everything we need in it.

Cons: It was a cockroach in the bath hiding in the pipe, the bedsheets were dirty with some dry fluid on it, it looks to me like semen, I think they didn’t change the bedsheets from the last customers before us and to drive to the property when is raining is very bad, the streets are in very bad conditions.

Perfect stay here

Pros: The property had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place if you look for an affordable place close by the beach. They have a cleaning service where they clean your rooms every two days. And the host is a really nice guy. Also it is close by the beach

Nice place if you have a car

Pros: To be honest - we love this place. Everything was great. Yes, it's old, swimming pool is toxic waste and nothing around - but it's so peaceful and quiet.

Cons: Nothing around. A small path to the beach. But no restaurants, no shops, nothing. You need to walk 30 min to the south by beach to the nearest cafe. But again it's not hotel problem, it's area around.

I would happily stay here again

Pros: The location was great, the room was very big and very nice, I loved spending time on the balcony. The pool was also a fun spot to hang out and relax during the day. The place is gorgeous and made for a very relaxing visit.

Pros: The accommodation was lovely and spacious. The people were helpful and friendly. The beach is10 minutes walk from the accommodation and they provide chairs on the beach. We enjoyed it a lot!

Cons: There are no options to buy drinks or food on the beach as all options available are from all inclusive hotels nearby so we had to do groceries from a supermarket. There was no supermarket nearby- walking distance so we had to book uber each time we needed food. Keep this in mind when booking.

Cons: The only thing: Location: is far from the restaurants, markets and the night life. BUT if u dont care about to cook, u can order in whatsapp food and they dellivery in your door. And uber works well in the island, around $15/20 and 20 minutes u can go to this spots. Apartment: kitchen utensils, pan, microwave this things are a little bit old and can be better for a apartment where we have to cook a lot.

Great surprise

Pros: Man, hvis was just a cool place. Huge kitchen with hallway, nice details on the separation wall between the two rooms. Huge bathroom and bedroom. Even a balcony. Value for money is found here. The place exceeded my expectations.

Cons: There was no plug to the jacuzzi.

Pros: Staff are very nice and friendly and the room was both very big and spotlessly clean. The hotel was very quiet and very safe

Cons: It's a little dated looking now but definitely worth the price.
