Playa Palmera Beach Resort

Our stay was generally good and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Pros: The location was perfect with such a serene atmosphere. The food was great, and the resort looked spectacular at night. The staff at Florecita Restaurant helped us celebrate my younger daughter's birthday and one of them came wearing a costume and danced with her. We were all extremely happy.

Cons: There was lack of detailed communication on the rules pertaining to our stay on the part of the concierge staff as we were charged USD40 dollars for 2 towels that had makeup powder on them. I felt they should have at least told us prior to our stay so that we could guard against such unnecessary costs. This is my first time of meeting such charges in my travel history and it was avoidable.

Our entire trip was amazing and enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Our concierge, Davidson, was amazing! There was always transportation available. Close enough to the beach.

Cons: The resort lacked fresh fruits at the frutería. There were a couple female workers who lacked friendliness/had attitude in the front.

Overall, it was fine.

Pros: Location was good . Breakfast was not included, which should have been at least.

Cons: There should have been more fun inside for the guests. One could hear the sound of the fun next door ( sirens) on a daily basis. Which normally attracts the guest to keep coming back in order to have an enjoyable vacation.

Amazing, comfortable, relaxing

Pros: The mamichula restaurant, the pools, the beach location, always ride available if needed riding around if you needed to be dropped to a location.

Cons: A couple things were broken in the room like the little wall mount the lamp sat on, it looked like one push it would have fallen off then wall onto the floor with the lamp.

Good place, beautiful seaview,

Pros: The rooms are clean, there are the golf cars, that bring you to the beach, the concierge, Mr. Davidson, ist very nice, he takes care about our comfort (he should be promoted), the transfer from the airport was also brilliant - with Ford Explorer and with Chevrolet Suburban. The territory is huge and well-kept.

Cons: The breakfast is not included in the price and looks poor itself - absolutely not worthy its price. The workers tried to overcharge me twice, the customers should always pay attention to how much he pays, otherwise he would be charged twice different services, i.e. additional bill for electricity, extra prices in the supermarket on the territory of the hotel, etc.

Overall stay was excellent. The staff and property amenities compensated for the rusty facilities.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming, assertive, and friendly and made us feel at home. We just had to show up and have fun.

Cons: Some of the facilities in the bathroom were rusty and the bathroom shower glass was way too short. Impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom.

Pros: The staff was available, when need it. Good customer service.

Cons: Apt. Need some improvement.

Pros: Los aptos son muy bonitos. Las playa es hermosa y limpia .

Cons: Mi única Queja es que la cama de la habitacion Principal , Sonaba mucho . El resto todo bien .

Pros: Obiekt jest perfekcyjnie zarządzany. Plaża jest na bieżąco sprzątana jak i chroniona przez obsługę obiektu co daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa oraz komfortu odpoczynku. Wszyscy pracownicy resortu są mili i pomocni a zwłaszcza obsługa transportu wewnętrznego zawsze wykazuje chęć podwiezienia. Dostarczanie wody pitnej do dystrybutora w apartamencie zawsze było natychmiastowe.

Cons: Niedaleko resortu znajdował się jakiś warsztat z którego hałas był czasami uciążliwy poniewaz znajdował sie za oknem sypialni. Słabo zaopatrzony market.

Pros: Excelente la noche del 31 fuego artificiales estraordinario 😍🎉el transporte en el complejo muy atento 😍🎉 quedamos encantados mi familia y yo nos vemos el próximo año

Cons: En el check in esperamos demasiado ya que son un poco lentos tienen mucho papeleo que ASER y poco personal al servicio al cliente 😟
