Pros: The owners of the property are very friendly and nice people. The rooms are very clean and everything works fine. I stayed a total of three times at this apartment and will gladly return when i come back to Rio San Juan.

Pros: Esteban and Jackie are great hosts. Extremely helpful and attentive to your needs. The rooms are simple but very clean and functional. A nice sitting terrace space, pool is clean and well maintained. Of course, coffee in the morning made for you is a great perk! Great value. Thank you so much,we hope to be back!

Cons: Le bruit autour de l'hotel et la musique extrêmement forte qui nous ont empêché de dormir. Mais ce n'est pas la faute du proprétaire qui n'a aucun contrôle sur cette ville bruyante.
