Central Suites Tower

I would 100% recommend this apartment/hotel. No complaint is not noisy a very relax place

Pros: It was clean. Spacious and with everything you need.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Rooms are spacious. Smart tv's so you can use favourite streaming apps. Cooking facilities.

Cons: Bathroom floor floods when taking a shower. Shower doesn't get hot enough.

Great hotel and awesome staff

Pros: The apartment was well appointed and clean, and the staff were excellent --they spoke fluent English and were always willing to help - the gym was small but probably the best hotel gym I have experienced in over 40 years of travel and over 50 countries. It was near a supermarket and walking distance to malls

Cons: The only two things that negatively impacted my stay were that the swimming pool was not open, but it was advertised in booking.com as being open . I spoke with staff about this, and they upgraded me to a better room.- so they did the best they could, but it should have been advertised that the pool was not open The construction work on the top level was pretty noisy during the day - but they are trying to improve their hotel so there was not much the coukd do about it

Great stop over

Pros: the best part for me is the staff at the front desk they was exceptional and very helpful. It's also a very clean and modern hotel with all the basic needs and easy to access all the main attractions in santo domingo and for the price and what you get you can't go wrong.

Pros: Close to town and supermarket. The second toilet for visitors

Cons: Bedsheet not changed 5 days

Pros: it is central, the apartments have a small kitchen where you can cook and that there is a swimming pool

Cons: I was there 1 year ago and then there was no wifi on the 11th floor where the swimming pool and outdoor area are and I told them they had to get it but when I came back nothing had been done. it's too bad when you have wifi on all floors except 11.

i will book over and over

Pros: the scent of the apartment..the comfortable mattress..

Cons: i needed a hair dryer..and in the morning i tried to make coffee but it never boiled out and after 10 min of waiting i gave up. i wanted a very high floor but i was assigned apartment on the 5th floor but i understand higher floors were probably full

i loved the independence, privacy, freedom of access and coming and going... would recommend

Pros: I loved the swimming pool on the roof, it was very clean and to be honest i loved it that it was all to myself lol. i loved it that it was on a high floor so i had a good view from my balcony..

Cons: there weren't many tv channels..very few.. utensils were very basic in the kitchen but i didnt have to cook so ok..i wish i had somewhere to put my toothbrush and toothpaste and other toiletries..rather than sitting on the edge of the sink. the receptionist was ok but not overly friendly and i had to go back downstairs to ask for the wifi password..she could have mentioned it..and give me a little introduction..but altogether fine

Beautiful paradise in a strategic location

Pros: The Lobby was beautiful and smelled good. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The pictures are exactly what was posted.

Cons: We need extra tissue and the garbage to be emptied but no one came.

Pros: - Gym was well equipped - Only stayed one night, day after we were heading to the airport
