Pros: The secured automatic doors, the swimming pool, the elevators, the gym

Cons: The restaurant was opened late sometimes

Pros: Loved the apartment and the kitchenette. excellent quiet AC. Staff helpful. No-one to enter my apartment for cleaning etc kitchenette in excellent working condition.

Cons: The bed cushions were too big and tough, but got them changed. The living room lighting is too dim for working at nights. On arrival I was not shown how to open my door, nor how the shower worked.

WOULD BOOK AGAIN

Pros: Everything was perfect, good facilities, great location, close to shops and amenities it felt like a home away from home, staff are nice we had such a good stay here! Would definitely recommend

It spent 7 days there it well like home I cooked and was well relaxed

Pros: The location is good if you want to be near the Downtown center. The rooms are big and the property has safety measures that makes you feel secure.

Cons: The room air conditioner was a little loud but the apt has everthing you need for a business trip. Kitchen is complete if you want to make your own food.

WONDERFULL

Pros: outstanding room capacity, nice and clean, level 5 starts, elevators were cleeaaaan af and staff was awesome.

Cons: well, when high volume is on, another person doing checkouts and receiving rooms can make the exit process faster, only 1 girl who was Wonderfull by the way, guess her name was mercedes, she was the only one doing checkouts, the other guy was just seating there smiling, is too much for her.

Beautiful apartment, great value

Pros: Well maintained, spacious, modern apartments. Helpful staff. Secure building in safe neighbourhood. Large supermarket only 2 minute walk away. Beautiful rooftop area and pool. Great value for money.

Cons: The sound proofing between rooms could be better (there were children staying in a nearby room and we could hear them constantly). The location in itself is fine, but it is about 20minute Uber to the Zona Colonial if you’re visiting as a tourist (only approx. $5 though)

Pros: The place is very homey and the door men are very very professional. They definitely get an A++ If it weren't for them guys I'd never book again. *Nice room and location

Cons: The management is AWFUL!! I booked for one full week and no one ever came to clean the room or change the towels and linens until day 6.. and they only cleaned because I complained at the front desk on day 5 and 6. SMH.. However, even when they came to clean, they did not clean the toilets, sinks or mop the floors.. or give clean pool towels. Again, beautiful place to stay, but the current management as of 9/8/23 SUCK and is definitely hindering business.
