My Dominicus Beach Retreat

A great quiet stay in a comfortable all equipped apartment.

Pros: Spacious modern and clean. Loved the hammock on the balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Free water. A myriad of swimming pools and very quiet when I was there. Public beach about 12 min walk. Concierge and owner very amenable providing suggestions of trips and restaurants and transport. Also allowed me to stow my bag before check in and late check out to match my plans.

Cons: Nothing about the property. In terms of location this property is in Dominicus which is a 5 min ride away from Bayahibe. Buses are available up to 6pm. Dominicus is very quiet in the evenings and most people there are in all inclusive hotels.

Great apartment with a great host on a gorgeous complex.

Pros: This is a very clean and very comfortable apartment on a gorgeous new complex about a10-minute walk to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and the owner was always available and helpful. She allowed us to check in early and check our late and helped us to organise a fun trip to Saona island. The complex itself is brand new and quite stunning. When we were there, there was still some construction work underway, which could, at times be a little noisy, but nothing that got in the way of our enjoyment of the place.

Cons: The only small things worth mentioning are that there are no sun umbrellas at the complex, which means that there is a bit of a fight for shade. Hopefully, as the palm trees grow, this will become less of an issue, but it did mean that we spent large parts of our relaxation moving about trying to avoid the direct heat of the sun. Also, as the complex becomes busier, sun loungers might become a little scarce. That said, there were enough for our stay abd we had a wonderful, relaxing time.

Pros: De rustige sfeer, mooie zwembaden van het complex. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en goed ingericht

Pros: Todo excelente, cómodo, limpio, la cocina súper equipada! La alberca bonita, la terraza genial!! Súper bien ubicada, el lugar muy seguro. La anfitriona muy amable, nos ayudó todo el tiempo!!

Pros: Todo estuvo excepcional, pero la tranquilidad, las piscinas, la belleza del lugar, la vegetación y ambiente fueron extraordinarios. Se sentía una paz sobrenatural

Pros: Todo excelente. La atención de Bresaida ( la dueña). Muy servicial y resolutiva.

Cons: Nada.

Appartement dans une résidence exceptionnelle

Pros: Le cadre est magnifique.L'appartement très fonctionnel.nous avons passé 4 nuits.très proche du centre de dominicus,la plage publique à 15mns environ.

Cons: Rien c'est top

Piscine stupende

Pros: Stupende le piscine, l'appartamento è moderno e nuovo, trovavo sempre posto nei lettini. Vicino bar e supermarket. Comodo il late check out pagando un supplemento.

Cons: X cambio asciugamani avvertire almeno 2 gg prima e 1 volta a settimana, i teli mare invece non li cambiano e noi ci siamo stati 2 settimane, se si lavano non asciugano. L'acqua del bottiglione la prima volta è andata bene ma il secondo c ha fatto venire la dissenteria. Mare a 15 minuti a piedi.

Très bien pour voyager en famille

Pros: L'emplacement était parfait. Nous avons pu profiter de cette appartement très bien placé, les lits sont très confortables, les équipements au top et plusieurs piscine pour vraiment se mettre dans le mood de vacances
