Villa Florencia Bavaro

Pros: The house is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. There is a beautiful garden to which the window of the bedroom is facing. There was fresh fruit and drinking water when I checked in. The apartment has everything that you need for a short or long stay. The location is close to the pickup point for most of the tour, walking distance to the beach, and supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: there was a huge bowl of fresh fruit on the table on arrival,a gift from the hosts wife and while the host was showing me the accomadation,he opened the fridge,with juice and beer a gift from the host.everything you could need is in the accom,and it is very clean. the location is good,near beach and shops and is very secure

Cons: i am a dog lover so it didn,t bother me but if you are wary of dogs you might feel uneasy with them ( 2 )being in the yard..

Pros: the apartment was great, well equipped and the bed super comfortable.AC worked great. it was relatively quiet as the place is located in a side street. short distance to the beach. hot water shower. welcome fruit basket and juice in the fridge. the host was friendly, helpful and even gave me a ride to the bus station. the dog is super cute and friendly.

Cons: the kitchen supplies could be a little more and I had a huge amount of flea bites on my feet/legs from the dog which were very itchy and uncomfortable. Bávaro is not a good place for card payments as they ask for crazy commission prices everywhere. I had some trouble withdrawing money and the accommodation can't be paid through booking so it's advisable to bring enough cash (US dollars or Euros are accepted on the island) to avoid this.

Pros: The host was more than helpful and offered gifts upon our arrival. He assisted us with our travels greatly and was a great host overall, helping me with information and dropping us to bus stop. Recommend.

Perfect retreat with country side feeling with the beach very close n the town centre even closer

Pros: The apartment is a perfect retreat sorrounded by trees, nice kitchen with all the appliances, a very nice shower in a nice size bathroom n amazing bed n pillows in an air conditioned big room, beach 300mts,restaurants n pubs 25mts,bus stop 10mts

Cons: Regarding apartment everything was perfect, 2 security dogs that are so sweet to residents and extremely vigilants to the intruders, so I can't fault anything

Amazing location!

Pros: Amazing location. A few minutes away from the beach. Shops and restaurants nearby. Very kind and helpful host Claudio. All clean and neat. Fruit and beer, juice and water were prepared for me in the fridge when I arrived - for free. I recommend it for couples and individual travelers.

Cons: There is a construction going on next to the building, but I knew it from the reviews I have read before my visit and I was not at the room the whole day anyway, so that was absolutely alright. So this is not an actual complain. It’s quiet in the night.

Lo máximo

Pros: El dueño muy amable, y atento me gustó el recibimiento donde nos esperaba con frutas variadas, agua, cerveza en el departamento y el cuarto 10 de 10 . Lo más importante es la seguridad y buena ubicación...súper recomendado 😇 muy amables al recibirnos y termino de nuestra estadía.

Cons: Todo me gustó incluso hay dos perros , y la más cariñosa es bella😍

EXCELENTE

Pros: Todo estuvo realmente excelente, la manera en la que nos recibió con el departamento lleno de detalles para que la estancia sea perfecta, no lo habíamos visto antes. Lamentamos no habernos podido despedir de claudio ya que nuestro coche vino antes de lo previsto. GRACIAS CLAUDIO!

Pros: L’accoglienza e la disponibilità del proprietario, appartamento nuovo e ben dotato di tutto il necessario, soprattutto pulitissimo. Posizione ottima per il mare , bar e supermercati.
