Modern and comfortable. Great value for money.

Pros: * The apartment was spacious and modern. It fit our group of 7 PAX perfectly fine. * Cleanliness was impeccable. All areas look healthy and modern * Entry procedure was easy * Price paid was great value for money. Specially after a last minute cancellation. * The apartment is located very conveniently. Plenty of minimarkets and the beach just a few steps away. * It has a great outdoor area on the rooftop with a mini jacuzzi and a BBQ. Will I repeat it? Yes

Cons: * Personal toiletries such as soap and toilet paper were scarce. Only 1 very small bottle and 1 toilet roll per bathroom for 5 days. * I consider the deposit amount to be a little excessive USD400. However, it was released very promptly upon checkout. * Bedding for the sofa bed wasn't provided and delivered upon the 3rd day of the stay.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Beach Home Punta Cana! 🌴 The location is absolutely perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. The facilities were just what we hoped for: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out to Johny, who was incredibly helpful during check-in and check-out. He welcomed us warmly and made the whole process so easy. And a big thank you to Keimi, who was so friendly and understanding when we needed to unexpectedly extend our trip—his flexibility truly made our experience stress-free. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Beach Home Punta Cana to anyone visiting the area. We’d love to come back! 🌞✨

Cons: One small suggestion would be to provide a few basic cleaning supplies, such as cloths for the kitchen. Not products, but simple supplies would make it even more convenient for guests.

overall a great stay in a well equipped apartment. we always book hotels when travelling overseas however this was a goo

Pros: The property was well managed, and the checkin process was simple. the apartments are in good locations close to the beach and are comfortable and clean. The manager responded quickly to any messages to sort out any issues.

Cons: It was expensive however we were staying over Christmas and new year and booked last minute after our original hotel booked through booking.com cancelled on us very close to our stay. There were a few issues with double charging which did become frustrating however it was sorted promptly each time and communication was good.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. The terrace and private pool was great for the children and adults. What you see on the pictures is exactly what the space offer. The location is also brilliant, 2 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minutes walk from many restaurants and shops. Don’t hesitate to book this property! Muchas gracias por todo! Volveremos!

Estuvo bien

Pros: Buena ubicación, cerca de playa, restaurantes, supermercados, casas de cambio, droguerías, etc. El lugar es amplio y muy cómodo, tiene parqueadero, piscina y zona de berbiquí. Personal de vigilancia muy amable.

Cons: Ser más claros en la dirección para poder ubicar fácil el lugar y no perder tiempo, estuvimos 7 días y durante ese periodo no realizaron aseo, solo dan una vez papel higiénico, se tuvo que comprar también jabón de baño y lavaloza. Respecto al cobro de la energía no pude conocer los consumos, pero casi no permanecimos y usamos poco el aire acondicionado, generando un cobro de aproximadamente 30 dólares.

Love Punta Cana, beware of renting apartments!

Pros: That it was steps away from the beach with convenience grocery store next door.

Cons: We only got to stay 1 night. The reason we were given, owner needed apartment back due some emergency and we were put in another unit 10 min more walk to beach and with smaller kitchen. I do feel compensation or credit for future booking is due. This put a bad first impression on renting in the future . (For our group of 4) You may want to put in bold in policy that property subject to change Going to warn folks on Google.

Super séjour dans ce logement beau et pratique et le personnel est adorable et serviable.

Pros: Très bon séjour passé dans ce logement en famille , bien situé et la piscine était agréable dès le matin .

Cons: Malheureusement nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude pendant toute la semaine et le matelas du lit est très usé . Et les ampoules des lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas .

Pros: Todas las comodidades que nos ofrecía el apartamento suite, incluyendo una alberca privada. La cercanía a la playa Bávaro y a varias tiendas de amenidades y comidas.

Cons: El precio extra que se tiene que pagar por el consumo de luz.
