Pros: Cena na duży plus! Bardzo przyjazny, miły i pomocny personel oraz gospodarze obiektu. Czystość w pokoju ok, w porównaniu z innymi obiektami nawet bardzo w porządku, lokalizacja też względnie w porządku, ok. 30minut pieszo od centrum i wszystkich atrakcji (parasolkowa ulica czy różowy pasaż itd.). Ogólnie pobyt zaliczam do udanych.

Cons: Bardzo duży hałas z ulicy (pokoje oraz okna są praktycznie nie wyciszone). Zacinające się okno na balkon oraz brak przejść dla pieszych w okolicy (trzeba przebiegać przez ulicę;) ). Prysznic bardzo szybko się napełniał wodą, trzeba było podłożyć ręcznik na podłogę.:)

Pros: Propriétaire charmant, serviable, communicatif et attentionné. Proximité du centre en voiture (10 minutes). Le meilleur rapport qualité prix que nous ayons eu en République Dominicaine.

Cons: La rue est passante donc bruyante.

Pros: Le studio est super on se sent comme à la maison. Hector est très sympa et nous a beaucoup aidé à avoir des informations notamment sur les transports. Un peu loin du centre (25min à pieds) mais de nombreux taxi passent par le quartier. Je recommande !

Pros: I’ve stayed here several times, and the customer service is fantastic. Sr. Hector and his team are amazing, always making sure everything is perfect. The WiFi is excellent, which is great for remote work. I really enjoy the hospitality and the convenient location.

Cons: Nothing stands out as a negative.

Stunning property and great host

Pros: The room was absolutely stunning, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Héctor has been extremely helpful, attentive and welcoming even before I arrived in Puerto Plata. I 100% recommend Royal Terrace and will stay there again for my next stay
