Comfortable stay, accomodating host!

Pros: Very comfortale has all the basics for cooking. Bedroom is on second floor and had a nice small balcony for sitting with a view, in the distant , of the ocean.

Cons: No complaints, It is somewhat dated but nice and better than expected.

Pros: The place is great, clean and secure. The host Eduardo is great!

Cons: We didn't have a car and it felt tedious to walk around the secured neighborhood and all over the beach or the city. If you have a car though, this place is perfect.

Comfy, clean, and exactly like the photos

Pros: This apartment was fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing you should know is that if you dont have a car, it is not as close as you think to everything. You have to walk about 7 blocks to get back out and around to shops and restaurants. We had a car so it was ok. We also have a kid, so walking that late at night would not have been fun. If you are young and without kids, it's fine. Very good setup, with more than enough to accommodate kids.

Pros: El señor Eduardo una persona muy atenta, siempre presto a brindar una buena atención e información acerca de lugares de preferencia para playas, comer y demás, 100% recomendado. El apto muy limpio y cómodo.

Pros: Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, manca solo il phone per asciugare i capelli. La vista mare, l'alba. L'appartamento si trova in un contesto privato quindi entra solo chi autorizzato. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile

Cons: La poca privacy tra una camera e l'altra.

Host was very attentive and location was perfect.

Pros: The apartment was located close to everything we needed.

Cons: If power goes out it is very hot. It is the Caribbean though.

Exceptional stay provided by and exceptional host!

Pros: My son and I loved our stay at this property. The unit is a spacious, multi-level condo with an ocean view. It is nestled in a large tranquil gated community that is walking distance to multiple beaches. Other close attractions include Luis Ginebra Avenue, which hosts a bevy of restaurants. There you will find anything from delicious local cuisine to high end Italian restaurants. The host, Eduardo and his wife, were exceptional hosts. They provided us with information on where to go and things you do. They were very responsive to all our needs. We have traveled to Africa, Europe, Caribbean Islands and Latin America…. Eduardo has unquestionably been the best host that I have encountered.
