Great location

Pros: Location to the shops and restaurants. The area was quiet. Air con worked well.

Cons: Hard to communicate with staff if you didn’t speak Spanish. Breakfast was slow and sad.

Quiet but very central location

Pros: Location. In the center of Zona but still a quiet area. Breakfast options basic but sufficient! Large rooms and internet worked well

Cons: Some staff did not seem to assist. A coffee machine on the room but without a filter. Staff didn’t want to assist. The filters are for sale at Nacional. When 3 persons are in the room you would expect 3 towels. Hotel door can be opened with a code but we were informed about this after 2 days.

Amazing experience, will be back in the future

Pros: We had a lovely lady called Ana who helped set the room up for my boyfriend’s birthday, nothing was too much! Amazing host 😊

The best stay in Santo Domingo

Pros: Breakfast was great, Mini Bar drinks free, the Staff are the most friendly I ever met in Santo Domingo and the hotel is so beautiful and economic, I will come back 1000%

Not worth it.

Pros: Different address on booking. No hot water in shower. Cold water in jakuzzi. Parking wasn’t available and didn’t warn us before booked about that and also that street in front hotel is under construction. We asked for late check out - they wanted to charge whole extra day. Unpleasant experience.

Great stay for convenience and purpose

Pros: Bed was very comfortable and room clean. Setting of the hotel was lovely and relaxing.

Cons: Lift was not working to go to the roof so took the stairs (which were questionable safety wise). When we actually got to the roof it was an anticlimax, wasn't much up there just some furniture and didn't look like it had had much attention cleaning/organisation wise.

Comfortable location in historic centre

Pros: Very comfortable great location in historic centre. Clean and well appointed. Staff helpful and arranged airport transfers for us.

Great stay, definitely recommended

Pros: The location is just perfect in the zona colonial of Santo Domingo. You can easily walk around to the main sites. The hotel patio is super nice to sit and relax. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was super attentive and helpful

Hospitable and friendly hosts in a great location

Pros: Ignacio and the team were very hospitable and helpful. The hotel is well located in the historic centre. we booked a larger room which was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and there were a number of options. we had a problem with our TV and a noise at night which were swiftly sorted out.

Cons: The larger rooms are right above the breakfast area which starts at 8am so if you don't want to wake this early I would avoid the larger rooms.

Host Ignacio and his team gave it all to make my stay perfect

Pros: Property exceptionally well maintained, has inside patio for breakfast and the kitchen will prepare your breakfast made to your desires: avocado, all styles of egg, juices that you may have never tried before etc….
