An excellent 3 days in a beautiful building in a fabulous location.

Pros: Beautiful building, in a brilliant location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a small kitchenette with a hob to make simple food which we weren’t expecting.

Pros: We really loved the location — it is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Zona Colonial, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The place itself is beautiful, located in a historic former monastery, thoughtfully renovated with great taste and attention to detail. The overall concept of the property is truly unique and very well designed. The room was also very nice, with a high ceiling that gave a great sense of space. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a great atmosphere and character.

Cons: There is no traditional reception, only a security guard who hands out the keys. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the guard had not been informed about our reservation, so he did not know who we were and had to make several phone calls to confirm that our booking actually existed. This made the arrival a bit confusing. We arrived around 2:30 PM (check-in is officially from 2:00 PM), but our room was not ready yet and had not been cleaned, so we had to wait almost one hour before we could finally enter the room at around 3:30 PM. Additionally, the security staff was not particularly welcoming, and we felt a bit more like intruders than hotel guests during check-in. Another important thing to note is that two of the rooms are located directly on the street. This information should be clearly mentioned in the description. You can hear everything from outside — cars, conversations and street noise — and it can feel like sleeping right next to the street. This was not a problem for us, as we stayed only one night and were out late and up early, but it could be very important for light sleepers or guests sensitive to noise.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need.

Pros: My stay went super well! The accommodations are ideally located and close to everything. Security at the front is exceptional and the host is very responsive host who cares about your well-being. I'll be back soon
