Very convenient and comfortable. Close to great beach and dining facilities. Quiet, well

Pros: Convenient to visit family and go to beach and resort for meals.

Cons: Water pressure issues in shower. AC vent difficult to regulate.

Pros: Love the base location. Perla Marina is the spot. Condo is in a gated community, within a gated community. Not the security is needed, as it is not, but it is there. The lies about the Dominican Republic being dangerous are just that. Don't listen. Come and see

Love this place

Pros: The condo is close enough for easy ocean access, and is located between several swimmable coves. Aside from that, three of the four restaurants in Perla Marina are wonderful.

Cons: Assuming I was the first use of the season, so place was pretty musty til it got aired out.
