Pros: Good size room with comfortable king bad. Very tasty breakfest made by Nelly in her private apartament where you have opportunity to meet other wonderful guests. Friendly staff.

Cons: For long distance to the beach but if you take a public bus or Uber is not bad.

In overall it’s great place, worth price.

Pros: Nelly is very nice and kind person, helpful and always responsive. Breakfast tasty and you can meet there different people. Sharing part is nice, you can cook and work there.

Cons: Wather somethimes didnt work. One person room is very small, so if you are tall person is not for you.

Definitely worth staying

Pros: Nely is a really helpful and kind person. She helped us a lot with many things and made our stay easier and more pleasant. Room was clean and we had plenty of space in it and in the shared areas. We felt very comfortable. For breakfast you can choose from a few things so anyone will be satisfied. In the house there was a drinkable water supply so you didn't have to take care of it on your own, which was very helpful.

Great stay in a shared apartment!

Pros: The hosts were very nice, breakfast was delicious, the pool was really enjoyable and it's really good value for money. The room was great, I had my own bathroom, and a lot of privacy and it was really cheap for the location.

Cons: I didn't realise I couldn't really walk to the beach, you have to either have your own car, Uber or bus. But that's not really an issue since you can get an Uber for 5€ to the beach, it's like 10 minutes away.

Amazing 🫶

Pros: Nely is the sweetest host ever 🫶 I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone ☺️ She was helpful at all times, recommends the good stuff and cooks you fresh breakfast each morning!

Cons: Its not a 5-star hotel, but for the price it’s perfect! Only thing I didn’t see is that there’s no hot water (not in all the rooms at least), but it was warm enough to cope ☺️

Pros: Nely showed much kindness, by picking me up from the airport, and helping me when I was ill. She provided a very filling breakfast. I felt very comfortable spending time at the apartment, especially on the little balcony.

Cons: Nely and Pietro were not so friendly. It may be me, or maybe just a culture thing, in that English is not their first language.

Lovely, well appointed bed and breakfast at a very affordable price

Pros: Host was exceptional...went beyond to ensure our needs were met. Offered suggestions on making our stay in Punta Cana memorable. Also, very knowledgeable and resourceful. Breakfast was always on point.
