Good value, clean, convenient location.

Pros: Location is good, central, good value. Convenient for an overnight pre-cruise stay.

Cozy place. Very nice staff. Still not quiet as you would wish.

Pros: Very nice lady. We got breakfast with coffee for free.

Cons: Even it says it is quiet place, you can hear every motorbike, car or train from nearby.

The best in La Romana

Pros: The place was very comfortable, clean, very good location and close to every other place I needed to go. The owner of the house is very kind and special person. Helpful and very nice people. The place super quiet and super clean with all the facilities. I reccomend it

Pros: The house is very lovely, fresh and has all amenities that you need. Located in a safe area as well. We were even offered breakfast which was not included in the booking. Recommended if you plan to stay in La Romana

Fantastic stay

Pros: The apartment was super safe and comfortable. The hosts take care of you well, speak English, and help with all issues imaginable, from laundry, to airport transport, to breakfast and meals (even though officially not included in the price). The place is clean and nice, Wifi works well in the common area (not always in the room, but it did not bother too much). Grateful.

I enjoyed the open air common room, but was a bit far from everything.

Pros: Our hostess was really great. She really cared and was sure to let us know the current exchange rate before we went out to avoid being scammed. She made breakfast and coffee for us. It was a really great place.

Cons: The location wasn't close to anything walkable and we had to take an Uber to go out to dinner. Our hostess did not recommend we walk anywhere, especially at night.

Nice property, neighbourhood and friendly host!

Pros: It was all very clean and comfortable. The room was very ample and it has a couple of fans plus an air conditioning unit so we had a really good night sleep. The street the house is in is really nice and it feels like a safe neighbourhood. Maria was lovely and very helpful…

Cons: We only spent there 1 night as we were only in La romana to go to Catalina Island so we didn’t get to know much about the city and what are the places you would want to go there; however, we walked to Casa Maria from the city center as it was only a half an our walk and that’s something I would never do again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, it isn’t nice! So, while the actual neighbourhood Casa Maria is in is very very nice, it’s not good if you want to walk to places that are even only 2km away.
