Hotel HM Alma de Bayahibe - Adults Only - All Inclusive

I would definitely return to this hotel good value for your money.

Pros: The location is very nice if you like to swim in the open sea and watch beautiful sunset this place is for you.

Cons: The service at the buffet could be better.

Amazing all inslusive experience

Pros: Ample choice of food throughout the day, delicious food, entertainment programs during the day and in the evening, salt and fresh water pools and direct access to the sea, very friendly staff, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Cons: We booked a semi-sea view room, but unfortunately we couldn't see the sea. The room was a bit noisy, the door wasn't soundproofed, the lighting in the bathroom wasn't good

Pros: Nice hotel with very spacious rooms. The hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the most beautiful beach in Bayahibe. Excellent dinners at the Alma restaurant. Helpful staff.

Pros: If you are looking for an all inclusive resort this is the place to go. Tasty breakfast & dinner. Smiley staff and good vibes.

Cons: Just missing a hair drier !

We would definitely return. Good value for great location, rooms, sea views, pools, snorkelling and staff.

Pros: Jumping directly into the sea and snorkelling was exceptional. We loved the tremendous sea views and sunsets from our rooms and the pools. Having a variety of pools to choose from was appreciated. Super helpful staff on reception and friendly reception bar staff. We were very impressed by the room size, balcony and view of the junior suite - wonderful. We enjoyed the free bus shuttle to the beach - prompt and regular.

Cons: We would have liked to have dinner in one of the restaurants overlooking the sea but sadly one was fully booked and we did not wish to pay for a meal at the Japanese restaurant as we were all inclusive. There were wasps continually hovering around the pool bar. My husband had an stomach upset on the first morning and we had only consumed food and drink at the hotel - no other members of our party were unwell.

Amazing sunsets, hotel with good price

Pros: The pools are wonderful, the bus that takes you to the beach is always on time, and the beach is amazing (1 umbrella and 2 beds costs 20 dollars or 1000 pesos). The quality/price ratio is excellent. The food is also very good — there are always fresh fruits and vegetables, quality cold cuts and cheeses, and something freshly cooked at every meal at the cooking station. Our room was spacious and clean. We really can't understand how some people give a rating of 1. Obviously, there are things that could be improved, but let's be honest — for this price, everything is perfect!

Cons: As I mentioned, there are obviously a few aspects that could be improved, but it's just a recommendation — we had an excellent time. the quality of the desserts the quality of the drinks mosquito nets on the terrace doors + better sound insulation the shower water, which was sometimes extremely hot and made it difficult to take a shower

Pros: The breakfast was very good. They had a good variety of food.

Cons: I know it’s not easy but there were flies around the food in the buffet. If they can figure out a way to cover the food perhaps that would definitely be better.

Pros: The resort and location is beautiful and even without a beach the beautiful salt water pools makes up for it 100%. The staff are all wonderful

Cons: The food was not very appetizing, lacked flavour and variety..and the same goes for the snake bar.. . It was the only disappointment... ☹️

Pros: The bedroom had a lot of mosquitos, the fan did not work and the airondition wasn't cool enough for me. I went to complain to the FD and they had offered us another room just to sleep.
