Pros: Spa bath. Roof top bar and pool. Access to Netflix. Very helpful reception staff. Good breakfast.

Cons: No tea and coffee in the room or out of hours. Breakfast menu in English.

Pros: La chambre moderne et bien équipée avec une climatisation très efficace

Cons: La facturation d'une taxe supplémentaire de 20% alors que le tarif annoncé par Booking.com était toutes taxes comprises. Nous ne nous en sommes aperçus que lors du débit de la carte bancaire sur le compte.

Pros: Everything was good. All hotel Staff was kind and nice with me . Housekeepers did very good job as well, especially yesica she was super nice, very kind, helpful and she did amazing job my room always was spotless ,nice and clean . Hotel location is great so many restaurants nearby, walking distance. Public beach about 15 minutes walk

Eine Dachterrasse hat etwas, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück nach Wunsch

Cons: Badezimmer war nicht so sauber, keine Zimmer-Aussicht (Blick an die nächste Hauswand), das Hotel liegt doch ca 10 Min zu Fuss vom Hafen entfernt.

Pros: Das Hotel liegt zentral in Bayahibe, direkt nebenan gibt es eine Pizzeria. Mein Zimmer ging zum Innenhof, somit war es sehr ruhig, ich konnte die Balkontür über Nacht geöffnet lassen und habe keinen Ton gehört. Der Balkon ist übrigens recht groß. Das Hotel ist super sauber, alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt Toast, Croissants, Marmelade, Käse, gek. Schinken, Müsli, Muffins.... Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im 6. Stock mit Blick über Bayahibe. Im 6. Stock gibt's auch eine Dachterrasse mit einem kleinen Pool. Ich bin sehr angenehm überrascht von der Ausstattung und dem Komfort eines 3* Hotels in der Landeskategorie. Ich kann es bedingungslos weiterempfehlen für einen Kurzaufenthalt, einen mehrwöchigen Urlaub würde ich hier allerdings nicht machen, zu weit weg vom Meer.

Chicos chicas gruñona y chic@s dulces y amables

Pros: Un hotel cómodo, donde el personal fue muy amable en especial las chicas encargadas del desayuno Vanesa y Amelia, chicas gracias porque hicieron de nuestro despertar muy placentero con el rico café y sus lindas sonrisas.

Cons: No me gustó que nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni funcionaba la llave del lavamanos pero que los recepcionistas escucharon nuestra petición y nos cambiaron a una habitación bastante cómoda donde olvidaron las toallas😅 pero no impidió que lo pasáramos bien... Igualmente muchas gracias por escucharnos y acoger nuestras necesidades

Pros: La posizione è ottima, appena fuori dalla costa, a 4 minuti a piedi. Colazione buona, ma soprattutto personale super disponibile che ci ha supportati in un momento di difficoltà. Bravissime e simpatiche le ragazze del bar Vanessa e Amelia e tutte le ragazze ai piani, in particolare ringraziamo Smailyn per il suo aiuto.

Muy buena la atención d las chicas del desayuno

Pros: La atención de Amelia y Vanesa fue excepcional muy atentos y predispuesta en todo. La atención de ellas fue una d las mejores cosas del hotel
